Rules for Speed Cup Stacking:
We play 3-6-3
Must work from left to right to build and then unstack
Out of order/cups are not left standing = DQ
Round 1- each competitor goes twice. 4 fastest people move to the finals
Final Round- each finalist gets two tries- best time counts
